Leadership Training

“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way” – John C. Maxwell. This course is designed to support new or existing leaders in their role. In addition to the training that all employees receive, leaders enrolled in this add-on course will also have access to one-on-one training with our leadership expert in order to cover topics like documentation and record requirements at a State level, measuring employee performance, having difficult conversations, and team building. Additional modules are also assigned to teach thigs like developing others, setting expectations, and effective communication.
